Temple Rally 2021

The Temple Rally 2021 crossed Southern Italy and mainland Greece, linking key historical landmarks such as Paestum, Matera, Delphi, and Athens. The route includes coastal stretches and mountainous interior roads, often narrow and poorly maintained.

Surface conditions vary greatly: worn tarmac, sharp bends, and steep inclines require constant mechanical awareness. Altitude changes, especially in inland Greece, test the cooling systems and braking capacity of classic cars.

Technically, this rally poses continuous demands on suspension setup, precision braking, and navigation timing. While it lacks extreme terrain, the combination of length, varied road surfaces and strict timekeeping makes it a consistent challenge.
